All ingredients at this cafe nestled in the by lanes of Kalyani Nagar are organic and fresh. This salad had elements that were even sourced from their farm next door. . The soft Burrata was very well combined with the mango and cardomon purée topped with a Thai chili dressing and fresh mango, carrots, beetroot and much more.
