NIMHANS Psychosocial Support And Mental Health Services Helpline
The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience is doing their bit in fighting the pandemic. They are providing help with any kind of mental health concerns.

Started by a group of psychology students in collaboration with Mentdoc, a mental health startup, they are providing emotional support to people who are having a difficult time coping up with the pandemic crisis.

The Maharashtra government has tied up with mental health service provider Mpower Minds and has activated a toll-free number to help people cope up during this emergency.

The organization has released a list of 180 psychologists and 145 counsellors along with contact information and time slot. This COVID 19 Mental Health Support list will be withdrawn once the pandemic is over. So, if you are feeling blue right now, you can contact them for free.
