Recipe for Tulsi Tea
Take some fresh tulsi leaves and boil them for 5 minutes in a glass of water. Then add a small piece of jaggery to it. Let it heat for 2 minutes. Then strain the mixture and sip it warm. This tea is good to provide relief to your respiratory system.
Recipe for Mint Tea
Mint tea is said to be really relaxing. Boil some lemongrass and fresh mint leaves for 3-5 minutes in water, then add a little jaggery to it. Strain the mixture and have it warm.
Recipe for Herbal Tea
In a pot, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and let it boil in water. Then strain it and add a dash of honey to it for taste. Drink it warm. The ingredients used in herbal tea are great for your digestive health.
Recipe for Ginger Tea
Add ginger, turmeric, black pepper in a mug. Pour boiling water into it. Let is settle for 5 minutes. Strain and sip it warm. Ginger is great to aid digestion.
