Pav bhaji is one of Mumbai's favourite snacks, but did you know there's a shop in Borivali where you can get black pav bhaji? And it is utterly butterly delicious!
Who doesn't love warm and buttery pav bhaji? It's indeed Mumbai's much-loved snack and tastes heavenly with chopped onion and Pavs that are soaked in butter. But how would you react if we tell you there's Black Pav Bhaji in Mumbai too, and it's as good as the red one?
Maa Anjani Pav Bhaji centre is serving this unique Pav Bhaji at Borivali west. It is made with a mixture of chopped tomatoes, green peas, corn, cardamom, potatoes, and fresh coriander leaves. Once everything is mixed, the secret 'black masala' is added. The Bhaji is simmered with a huge bar of butter. With buns/pav soaked in butter, the Black Pav Bhaji is then served with chopped onion, tomatoes, and lime!
Other than this unique black one, this place is also known for serving the Green, White (this one is perfect for those who can't handle spice), and Kolhapuri Pav Bhaji. All their masalas are organic, and the buttery taste will satiate your taste buds. This place also serves some lip-smacking Pasta, Besan Pudla, Risotto, and Chinese.
Head to this amazing place, get yourself a hot, and spicy plate of pav bhaji, because we know you are craving for it right now ;)
