Mumbaikars are obsessed with Vada Pavs, and that is why one can find Vada Pavs in every nukkad of the city easily. But, spotting a flying vada pav sounds impossible right? Well, no! After the iconic flying dosa, now the city has a flying vada pav too, and we must say, it's a 'high' take on the whole vada pav scene in Mumbai.
Located in the street of Bora Bazar, Raghu Dosa Wala is a dosa place that serves some lip-smacking idli vada, cheese masala vada pav, and much more. It is a 60-year-old shop in Mumbai and is pretty popular among the local people. In a recent video by 'Aamchi Mumbai', one can see how the vendor tosses the vadas high in the sky using his long spatula and then catches it with one hand. Then he keeps the vada inside a masala pav, which is loaded with onion, capsicum, beetroot, cabbage, a lot of cheese, and masala. Lastly, he serves this gigantic vada pav in a dosa thali with coconut and mint chutney!
This dosa place is perfect for a quick dosa bite, or a flying vada bite. This flying vada pav is huge, and if you are someone who loves vada pavs, then head to this place next time you are in Fort!
