A local grocery store ' Jagat Store' at RK Circle sells different spices, namkeens, and more, but their Flying Chai stall is the highlight, and is definitely worth watching!
If you are a fan of Tapri ki Chai, and find your ultimate solace in sipping Masala Tea, then wait till you see this Tea vendor making Chai in a unique way. If you have enjoyed reading about the Flying Vada Pav, Dosa, and Dahi Vada, then you are definitely going to admire the tea-making skills of this tea vendor too. The city of lakes now has a Flying Chai, and it does go high in the sky!
This tea stall is located right outside the Jagat Store and sells Garma Garam Masala Chai. The vendor brews the tea like how usually it is brewed and then spins the vessel for a while. After this, he then takes it away from the stove and moves it swiftly in the air. This causes the tea to come out of the vessel, but the balancing skills of the vendor don't let it spill all over the place. This video is indeed fun to watch and shows the unique tea-brewing skills of this tea vendor.
Other than this tea stall, Jagat Store is popular among the local people for its fresh Namkeen, spices, achaars, kadhai milk, Kulhad coffee, and dry fruits. They occasionally conduct musical nights too, and if you are in Udaipur, craving for masala tea, with some namkeen, head to Jagat Store, and sip on this flying tea!
