1. Son of daily wage workers to represent India in the Tokyo Olympics
Pravin Jadhav from Satara district in Maharashtra is going to represent India in archery in the coming Tokyo Olympics. His father and mother, Ramesh and Sangita are daily wage workers in their village. However, they never stopped motivating their son to take up sport resulting in his selection for the Olympics.

5. Pets need vaccine certificates to enter Goa
To curb the spread of Coronavirus in Goa, the directorate of animal husbandry and veterinary services have stated that the people entering Goa with their pets will have to inform the department and get them vaccinated. However, the rules will not be applicable for livestock and only cats and dogs will require the certificate.
