1. Healthcare workers in J&K cross rivers to give the door-to-door vaccine!
For the past several days, healthcare workers in Jammu and Kashmir are being seen going through tough challenges to continue the vaccination drive. This time, the workers were seen crossing a river without any support to carry the door-to-door vaccination in Tralla village of Rajouri district. We salute their efforts.

In a delicious attempt, a bride surprised the netizens when her video in the wedding attire wearing crown and garlands made of Gogappe went viral. According to an Instagram post that shared the video of the bride, her name is Akshaya while the groom's name is Abhishek. The video has gathered 4.9 million views as of now.
3. Teen wins Serbia Open Chess Championship for the second time
Nihal Sarin, a 16-year-old from Thrissur in Kerala has won the Master's section of the Serbia Open Chess Championship for the second time. Nihal was playing a draw with Grand Master from Russia, Vladimir Fedoseev in which he received 7.5 points out of 9 to become the only person to finish it first.

The digital divide in India has made online education, a dream so far, where many students do not have the access to devices to avail education. To help such students, teachers in the Barmer district of Rajasthan are travelling on camels to teach them. They ride thrice a day as per the schedule.
5. Delhi to impose Rs 10,000 fine on those creating noise pollution
To curb noise pollution in the national capital, Delhi Pollution Control Committee has decided to impose a fine of Rs. 10,000 for the noise created due to loudspeakers and public address systems. In addition, the board will also levy the fine of Rs 1,000 on people bursting firecrackers in residential and commercial areas.
6. Karnataka government school to become first in the country to launch a satellite
A Government Boy High school in Stone Building College situated at Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, is all set to become the first school in the country to participate in the program of developing 75 satellites for the 75th Independence Day which is next year. The students are likely to get the help of the Indian Technological Congress Association and ISRO in making the satellites.
7. Mussoorie to allow only 50 people at Kempty Falls
A few days after the picture of tourists flooding Manali went viral, a video circulated on social media where tourists could be seen present at Kempty Falls in Mussoorie. However, to check the spread of COVID-19, a new order has now been passed by the district administration limiting the number of tourists to just 50 at a time.
