1. Chhattisgarh named the cleanest state of India

Chhattisgarh is going to be awarded the cleanest state by President Ram Nath Kovind in the Swachh Amrit Mahotsav, which is going to be organized on November 20. The state had deployed over 9,000 'Swachhata didis to collect around 1,600 tonnes of wet and dry waste. Before this, Chattisgarh has won this title in 2019 and 2020.

2. Bhopal's Habibganj railway station renamed after Gond Tribal Queen Rani Kamalapati

A railway station in Bhopal, Habibganj railway station has been revamped and will be renamed after Gond Tribal Queen Rani Kamalapati. The station will be opened with airport-like amenities on November 15. The announcement has been made by the Cheif Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to protect the 'pride of Gond community'.

3. Arunachal Pradesh makes Kaiser-I-Hind state butterfly

To boost butterfly tourism in the state, the Arunachal Pradesh government has announced 'Kaiser-I-Hind' as the butterfly state. The name means the 'Emperor of India'. The major motive of the move is to work towards sustainable development. The same butterfly is also very common in the countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam.

4. Library made from fridge set up in Bhubaneswar

State Institute for Development of Arts and Crafts and Department of Handlooms, Textiles, and Handicrafts, has set up a library made from fridge and glass for the public. The library has about 200 books in both Odia and English for children and adults. The major motive of the initiative is to promote reading.
