1. Indian Railways to set up India's biggest wrestling academy
The Indian Railways will soon set up the country's biggest wrestling academy in the Kishanganj locality of Delhi for the wrestlers in railways. The academy will have advanced training facilities for which the announcement has been made by the Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. The total cost that will be incurred for the project is being estimated at 30.76 crores.
2. Private bank to make 30 railway stations in India, disabled-friendly
Standard Chartered Bank has taken an initiative to make 30 Indian Railway stations disabled-friendly by providing ample opportunities. The bank has joined hands with Anuprayaas and Samarthaanam Trust for this noble initiative named, 'Seeing is Believing'. The major aim of this move is to reduce the dependency of visually impaired people on wheelchairs while travelling.
3. Bengaluru and Mumbai among top 10 world's congested cities
The world location expertise specialists have released a report according to which Mumbai and Bengaluru are on 5th and 10th rank in traffic congestion in the world. The TomTom Traffic Index 2021 analyzed the traffic conditions of 404 cities out of which even Delhi stood in the 11th position with Pune on 21. On the other hand, Istanbul has been ranked first, being the topmost city with the most congestion followed by Moscow.

To make the process of doing business easier in Jammu and Kashmir, the government has launched an integrated J&K Single Window Clearance System and the Union Territory is the first to join it. NSWS is a digital platform that has been made to help investors in taking government approval for business projects.
5. Tamil Nadu to grant Rs. 4 lakh to construction workers
Tamil Nadu has announced to provide a subsidy of Rs. 4 lakh to the construction workers who want to build their own houses. The scheme's initial phase will cover 10,000 workers. However, the minimum size of the houses should be 300 square feet. The subsidy will be released through the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA).

The head of the Bajaj group and the industrialist Rahul Bajaj passed away at 83 on Saturday. He had developed pneumonia and had a heart problem, for which he was admitted to the Ruby Hall Clinic a month ago.
