One of the most diverse bands in India representing countries like Panama, Congo (DPR), Nepal & India is returning to the stage after 2 years with a musical event, A Night Of The Indies, and also a fundraiser for Nazariya-QFRG,'.
Delhiites, If you are into Indie music, from the community, or a proud Ally, here's a melodious way to support the LGBTQ community through a musical event where the talented band 'The original Knock Off's' will be performing. 'The Night Of The Indies' is a fundraiser for the Nazariya Foundation, which works across Delhi and the northeast of India happening on the 1st of July at 9 pm.
This musical evening is also part of one of the initiatives of the Rainbow Lit Fest where The Original Knock Off's will be blessing your ears with their soulful Indie covers. It's a cover band that represents different sexualities and nations such as Congo (DPR), Nepal, and Panama besides musicians and singers from Delhi, Gurgaon, and Siliguri. They cover everything fun, right from rock to blues, jazz to funk, and even pop.
In this event, you will get to see Mayukh Hazarika, Smruti Jalpur, and Starika performing from the band creating magic with their amazing voice and instruments. Every penny from ticket sales will go to Nazariya Foundation, a queer feminist resource group that runs different projects for the queer and transgender community.
