1. Divita Rai becomes Miss Diva Universe
Divita Rai, who hails from Bengaluru, has been crowned Miss Diva Universe 2022 in a ceremony on Sunday in Mumbai. The 23-year-old was felicitated by the current Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Sandhu. She was also the second runner-up in the pageant last year.
2. Railways share the new design of Faridabad Railway Station
The Faridabad Railway station is soon going to be revamped with an estimated cost of Rs. 286 crore. The railway has shared the new design of the station that will include a medical centre, shopping mall, cafeteria, ATMs, places of worship, kiosk machines, and more. The project will be completed within 2.5 years.
3. PM Modi inaugurates Atal bridge on Sabarmati river
The Atal bridge, 300m long and 14m wide in the middle with beautiful LED lights, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as part of his Ahmedabad visit. The bridge connects the flower garden on the west end of the riverfront and the culture centre at the eastern end.

India will have, for the first time, a 3D post office service in Bengaluru. It will be built with 3D printing technology, which is likely to be ready in just a month. The post office will be established in Halasuru's Cambridge Layout on land owned by the postal department.
5. Bengaluru becomes second tech hub in the Asia Pacific
Bengaluru has been ranked second in the list of top tech hubs across Asia-Pacific. According to the report by Cushman and Wakefield, Beijing received first place. Moreover, Bengaluru is followed by Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi in the list based on talent and demand for office spaces from domestic and multinational companies.
6. India likely to get 6G services in 2030
According to an announcement by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is likely to get the 6G services before the end of this decade. Further, India will observe the launch of 5G services this year, as per the claim by IT Minster. The testing facility for 6G services has begun across the globe.
