As the season of festivities and cocktails is here so is the time to get dressed in your best and stand out of the crowd with outfits you've saved for a special occasion! But if you have nothing in mind, you can find something from your closet and style it differently for the festive season. Sounds difficult? It's actually pretty simple, at least that's what these stylists have proved. We conversed with fashion creator Shreyans Kothari and stylist Sejal Agarwal who shared their Christmas and New Year looks that you might want to check out!

Shreyans Kothari speaks about the 'holiday spirit' through clothes!

Belonging to a small town named Hinganghat, near Nagpur, Shreyans Kothari who also goes by the name Shrey Kothari displays unique experimentation in his styles that are visible from his social media profiles. A tint of minimalistic shades is another outstanding feature in his street-styled clothes, and his Christmas and New Year looks speak volumes about the same.

Retreating 'Shah Rukh Khan' from Mohabbatein!

Who had not loved SRK in Mohabbatein? Well, Kothari has tried to recreate his look this festive season with a blue sweater and the best part is all of it is thrifted except for the pants. For this look, Kothari paired up dual-shade denim from Mango India along with a white shirt and a white tee inside. "To get going with the holiday spirit, I added a sweater around the shoulder, and to finish the look,  I wore my favourite custom sneakers that are Naruto - Itachi themed and glasses from Masala Monk," Kothari, who now lives in Mumbai said.

All about a wholesome Christmas vibe

With a 'Cardigan fit', this outfit, head to toe from Beverly Hills Polo Club is giving Kothari, "a wholesome Christmas vibe." "I took a blue turtle neck along with a red V-neck sweater," he said. "I layered this up with this beautiful white cardigan that I got from the women's section. For kicks, I wore a comfy trainer."

Because leather is a go-to for winter

"How to look badass this Christmas, you ask?  Well this fit is all you need," says Kothari. For the third look, Kothari has taken a leather jacket which he paired up with a white shirt inside. Along with this, he wore a satin brown tie and off-white trousers, all of which is thrifted except for the jacket. "To keep the Christmas spirit alive, I finished the look with a red fisherman beanie and white sneakers."

Grey monotone for a colourful time

"The grey monotones with the hint of blue make it very eye-catching for me," said Kothari. He goes on talking about his look. "Starting with the grey corduroy pants which have a straight fit along with a lighter shade sweatshirt which I have cropped and upcycled with a crisp white shirt inside, makes this look super clean and fun." Kothari also accessorised his look with a tote bag, an NY Yankees cap from New Era India, and light jewelleries. To complete the look, he took a grey sneakers made from cotton from Neeman's.

Sejal Agarwal goes trendy and classy this season!

Being a personal stylist and bridal makeup artist by profession, Sejal Agarwal, who hails from Pune is popular for her elegant styling and shares her looks from her collection called, 'Sejal Agarwal × After All Friday'. What we loved most about her looks is how she has maintained an elegant yet trendy look for the festive season!

Going Chic and Classy

Agarwal has asked all the fashionistas to play with 'tweed' this Christmas festive! She said that it is time to "go super chic and classy with co-ord sets which are trendy as well as statement". What appeals, even more, is how she has completed the look with accessories and earrings from Everstylish. 

Pearls will change the game

In a unique attempt, Agarwal has designed a beautiful coord set with a Pearl bustier that has all our hearts. This white-green set with a pearl on top makes for a perfect outfit for workplace or even get-togethers on Christmas and New Year's eve! Agarwal has finished the look with accessories and earrings from Hrieva jewels. "Play with pearls and make a statement this glam season."

All set to party

For all of you who are going to party hard this season, Agarwal comes to a rescue with this stunning outfit idea. She wore a dress from The Trendy Naari and added a blazer and earrings from Everstylish to complete the look. "With a statement green or red dress, add a neutral-tone blazer to break the monotonous look."

That red carpet feels

You might be looking forward to attending parties and trust Agarwal and her styling idea for the same! Herein, she has gone for a blue cocktail dress with swirling details at the bottom that makes it perfect for evening parties. "If you want party feels, go with a nice red carpet feel gown with velvet details."

Shimmery is the way

Sejal Agarwal said that if you love all things glam or shimmer, then ditch the typical sequence and go for outfits in nice shimmery fabrics. For the fifth look, Agarwal has gone for a shimmery blue coord set that gives you both party and small-celebrations vibes! To top the look, she has worn elegant rings from Swarnim jewellers.
