You must have heard of MBA Chai Wala and B Tech pani puri wali, but do you know there's a graduate Kachori Wala, too?
While today's youth aspire to find a job after graduating or completing their studies, there are times when they are unable to do so. One such young man is Paras Kashyap of Dehradun who is popularly known as Graduate Kachori Wala, a graduate of B.Sc. who sells kachoris and says he is been earning decently from his small business.
What's with the name?
After completing his graduation with B.Sc., Paras Kashyap prepared for competitive exams for a year and a half. But after struggling with it for a while, he started his own stall like his father and named it Graduate Kachoriwala as he was a fresh graduate. He had grown up seeing his father selling kachori, chole bhature, etc, and that's how found the inspiration to start a food stall. He runs this small business at the Gandhi Park of Dehradun with his younger brother, who also helps him with cooking.

More than just Kachoris
There's a lot on the menu. You will find aloo kachori, chole kachori, chole bhature, poori sabji, kadi chawal, and rajma chawal for just Rs. 40/full plate, along with raita priced at Rs. 10. The best seller remains the aloo and chole kachori that people love and is a hit among locals. The quantity also looks great and would be enough for one person. Paras serves everything in dried leaves instead of plastic plates and that we think is something worth appreciating.
