Indian Companies Providing Solutions for River Waste Management

With the rising problem of water pollution and the contamination of various water bodies, there is a pressing need for solid action. A 2019 Quality Council of India assessment found that more than 70% of towns along the Ganga were directly disposing of their waste into the river because they lacked proper municipal waste plants. More than 38,000 million litres of waste water enter Indian rivers due to the lack of sewage treatment plants and improper waste disposal mechanisms. Stakeholders involved in industrial production need to step forward and maintain a proper disposal system that reduces the problem.
