With the rising importance of space research and the advancements of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), many space-tech start-ups have come up in India. Be it an advancement in space technology or satellite imagery, these companies have been a supporting hand for the country's space growth. On the occasion of National Space Day, which marks the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon, let's explore space-tech start-ups that make these missions possible. 

Pixxel

Pixxel is a space data company building a constellation of the world's highest-resolution hyperspectral earth imaging satellites and the analytical tools to mine insights from the data. The constellation is designed to provide global coverage every 24 hours, with the aim of detecting, monitoring and predicting global phenomena. 

Dhruva Space

Dhruva Space, based in Hyderabad, is actively building application-agnostic satellite platforms. As a full-stack space engineering solutions provider, they are involved in all segments of space, including satellite platforms and subsystems, launch deployers, and ground stations. They have partnered with the Government of India and ISRO.

Aadyah Aerospace is a developer of electronic mechanical actuators for the aerospace industry. They are building a sustainable space system with their products across Launch Vehicle Systems, Satellite Systems and Space Mission.

Vasundhara Geo Technologies develops customer-oriented remote sensing solutions by mining critical remotely sensed data derived from satellites, aerial platforms, and field sensors. They provide space insights, high-resolution imagery, and the smartest analytics in a fast turnaround time and competitive cost. They are partners with ISRO, the Indian Army and many other organizations. 

SatSure

Digantara

Digantara is a space situational awareness company that is developing an end-to-end infrastructure to address space difficulties. They deliver accurate and real-time orbital insights to ensure safer space operations. They work with the Indian Government, Indian Forces, and ISRO. 

Skyroot Aerospace

Skyroot Aerospace Private Limited is an Indian private aerospace manufacturer and commercial launch service provider. They were the developers of the Vikram - modular space launch vehicles series and India’s first private space rocket. They are working on various other models for future missions.
