Bhujia gained extreme popularity, and the journey toward building a savoury legacy commenced. Soon, they ventured into sweets, namkeens, and snacks, opening shops across India. We visited the Belgharia outlet in Kolkata and experienced the delicacies of this legendary shop.

The shop in Kolkata's Belgharia started a few years ago and provides a great ambience for a casual hangout. Despite being relatively new, it attracts crowds due to its established name and the quality it offers. With mirror-faced seating, you can capture good pictures. The shop has a minimalistic look with namkeens and sweets on display. There is a range of sweets available, including laddos, jalebi, barfi, chocolate sandesh, pista sandesh, and many more. For snacks, you can try moong dal, bhujia, cookies, papris, and dry papads. In the early morning, if you are lucky enough, you can get hold of their famous kachoris and jalebis. The kachoris are firm and crispy. If you are someone who loves jalebi, they make a one-of-a-kind version, with a thin crust and just the right amount of sweetness to enjoy.

Their samosas and chaats are quite popular and are only available during the evenings. The best part is that you can even pack your chaat to take home. They also serve a delightful masala raita to accompany your chaat when you choose to take it away. The prices are affordable, and sometimes there's a buy-one-get-one offer on certain snacks.
