Caffè Allora recently announced the Festa Bella Pasta Festival which celebrates the diverse flavours and creations of pasta. The festival which is ongoing till the end of September rich history and diversity of this Italian dish.

Caffè Allora announced the Festa Bella Pasta, an exciting Festa Bella Pasta Festival that takes guests to the heart of Italy through its most beloved and iconic dish - pasta! From August 21 to September 30, 2024, guests are invited to indulge in a vibrant celebration of Italian pasta, with a menu that showcases the rich history, diverse flavours, and artisanal craftsmanship that define Italy’s culinary heritage.

For centuries, freshly made, hand-rolled pasta has been a cornerstone of Italian cuisine, evolving from its Sicilian origins to become a global symbol of comfort and tradition. Each Italian region boasts its own unique pasta shapes and recipes, reflecting local flavours and cultural influences. Festa Bella Pasta at Caffè Allora celebrates this tradition with an array of expertly crafted pasta dishes, each showcasing a different facet of Italy’s culinary landscape.

Chicken sun dreid and tamato ravioli

Featuring an array of dishes that promise to tantalize the taste buds. Enjoy the stuffed fresh pasta with creations like Spinach Ricotta Ravioli - a Northwest Italian classic, filled with sautéed spinach and fresh ricotta, enveloped in a creamy tomato and basil ragout or Blue Cheese & Apple Caramelle where the richness of the blue cheese meets the fresh taste of apple in this candy shaped pasta, tossed in parmesan cream & balsamic reduction. The Goat Cheese & Garlic Mushroom Mezzalune is a half-moon-shaped pasta filled with chèvre, thyme, and assorted mushrooms, tossed with fresh oyster mushrooms, porcini, truffle, and parmesan.

The Bronze Cut Drum Wheat Pasta features Seafood Fettuccine, a Mediterranean delightful combination of prawns, squid, and fish in a slightly spicy tomato sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley. The Penne Pollo Alla Diavila, is the special chicken mince ragout with an explosion of spicy.

The menu also features gourmet creations like Gnocchi Sorrentina, a special from the Amalfi Coast with gnocchi in a rich tomato passata, fresh mozzarella, and house-made basil pesto; the Lamb Stew Cannelloni, a luxurious Tuscan dish featuring slow-cooked lamb stew stuffed into homemade cannelloni, served with red wine jus, creamy béchamel, and fresh mozzarella.
