2. HYBA 

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre announced the launch of its new avenue HYBA (Hyderabad Brings Arabia). A Pan Arabic–inspired restaurant compiling a menu with Mediterranean flavours, featuring an enticing selection of dishes including, Jujeh Kebab, Lamb Tagine, Ruz Bukhari, Kunafa, and much more. The beverage philosophy includes signature infusions & a bespoke Hyba experience i.e. House of Hyba made by the in-house mixologists.

3. Pritam Da Dhaba and Ginkgo

Pritam Da Dhaba has joined forces with Ginkgo to introduce a twisting addition to their menu – Desi Chinese cuisine. Dive into the festive spirit with a menu that not only includes classic North Indian favourites like Butter Chicken, Pritam Da Dhaba’s Signature Dal Makhani, and Paneer Tikka but also includes Desi Chinese dishes like Manchow Soup, Desi Style Chilli, Triple Schezwan Rice & much more which will definitely leave you wanting more.

Binge - a restaurant serving modern world cuisine in small plates, and cocktails, has just launched a brand-new menu. Salad lovers can enjoy the Caponata Bread Salad with Pesto, romaine, iceberg, lolo rosso and the Grain and Superfood Salad. A variety of Bowls offer choices like the Spicy Peanut Bowl with Tofu & Mushroom, peanut chilli and onion; and the Grilled Pepper Chicken Bowl. All-new Appetizers, ideal for sharing, include dishes such as Binge Chili Prawn, prawn, green chilli, mixed peppers and onion. New Main Courses offer hearty choices like Vietnamese Sweet Potato & Carrot Curry, baby chicken, carrot, kafir lime, lemongrass, coconut milk and buttered rice and more.

5. Olive Bar and Kitchen

The Mediterranean-focused restaurant has unveiled a new menu curated by chef Chirag Makwana’s travels, showcasing a range of ingredient-forward dishes. Choose from plates such as pickled apricot salad, crisp halloumi rolls, lobster agnolotti, and desserts such as passion fruit cremeux and phyllo-wrapped Basque cheesecake.

Indulge in Taki Taki’s specially curated menu of Dim sum and Sushi, featuring over 25 varieties. From Prawns Petit Herbs, Lobster Money Bags, Edamame and truffle Dimsum, Prawns Shiitake and chive, to Green Vegetable and cheese, Chicken Gyoza and more, the menu features an assortment of these bite-sized delights. But the celebration doesn't stop at dumplings alone. Taki Taki boasts an exquisite selection of cocktails. Sip on these expertly crafted libations while savouring your dumplings, and you'll find yourself in culinary nirvana.

Julius makes a special effort for the Jazz lovers in the city by hosting Jazz nights every Friday at the restaurant, with a 4-course meal experience curated by Chef Shashwat at Julius. The 4-course meal offers its first course of soup Minestrone or a French Onion soup, Insalata Greca, and the second course serves Cold Talatas. The third course serves mains like the Veg Shepard’s Pie, Canneloni, Harissa Grilled Snapper, or a Roasted Roast Chicken, and the fourth course serves desserts to end your meal experience on a sweet note with dishes like Pistachio Baklava or a Rhubarb Crumble.

9. Burma Burma

The Burmese tea room and restaurant chain has launched an all-new menu at Burma Burma. Inspired by the founders’ recent travels to Burma, you have dishes such as the punchy Aunty Pey Pey’s guava salad, silky edamame and broad bean hummus, soba noodles with tea leaf pesto, and a range of indulgent plated desserts, along with ice creams in unique flavours like avocado and durian. Don’t forget to pair your meal with the assortment of chilled bubble teas.
