This Ganesh Chaturthi, Taj Corbett Resort & Spa in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand has unveiled a marvel of culinary craftsmanship—a spectacular 4-foot Ganesh idol, crafted entirely from 50 kilograms of rich mawa. The intricate masterpiece is the result of two days of hard work by four expert chefs, transforming the celebration into a fusion of devotion and artistry. This edible sculpture is a stunning tribute, blending tradition with Taj Corbett’s signature luxury.
Alongside the stunning idol, the celebrations at Taj Corbett include a vibrant display of festive sweets, showcasing a variety of modaks, laddoos, and other delicacies. The culinary team has drawn inspiration from traditional recipes, offering guests an immersive experience that marries devotion with creativity, seamlessly blending flavours, textures, and visual artistry.
