Pepperfry Partners with Infra.Market to Elevate Customer Experience and Product Range

Pepperfry, a major e-commerce platform for furniture and home décor in India, has formed a partnership with Infra.Market, a leading supplier of construction materials. This collaboration aims to enhance customer access to a wider range of products and services, allowing Pepperfry items to be available in Infra.Market stores and vice versa, thereby creating a unified shopping experience for home needs.

Starting in October, Pepperfry will launch Store-in-Store (SIS) formats within Infra.Market locations across various cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. At the same time, Infra.Market’s IVAS brand will enhance Pepperfry's modular furniture offerings in existing stores in cities like Mumbai and Kolkata. The plan includes establishing over 20 SIS formats within the next three months to better integrate the two brands’ product lines and streamline the customer experience.

The collaboration aims to address the growing demand for comprehensive home and construction material solutions by introducing dedicated sections in Infra.Market and Pepperfry stores, featuring quality building materials alongside stylish home furnishings.
