The Table has been honoured by the prestigious Wine Spectator 2024 Restaurant Awards for the sixth consecutive year since 2019, making it the only standalone restaurant in the country to achieve this high honour. This achievement highlights The Table's ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional wine selection led by owners Jay Yousuf and Gauri Devidayal, and Sommelier Akshay Magar, that pairs excellently with its recently revamped menu - The Table 2.0 under Chef Will Aghajanian.

The Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence recognises restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers and a thematic match to the menu in variety, style and price. The Table’s commitment to excellence is evident in the consistent recognition it receives for its wine list with 100+ carefully selected labels. Their list, like their food menu, showcases local producers intending to encourage their diners to try their homegrown stars.

Gauri Devidayal, Co-Founder, of The Table, expressed immense pride in receiving the Wine Spectator recognition yet again. "This award highlights our steadfast passion for wine and commitment to excellence," Devidayal said. "Our recently revamped menu under the newly appointed Chef-In-Residence, Chef Will Aghajanian is fun, fuss-free and wholesome. Our wine list embodies the same vision - we want wine connoisseurs and regular patrons to turn to The Table every time they want to try homegrown Indian wines and to make the restaurant an approachable space for far more customers to get introduced to drinking wine. We’re trying our best to break the stereotype that wine is only for snobs."

Now in its 14th year of business, The Table has been the go-to haunt for locals, expats and tourists alike. The popular SoBo spot offers a warm experience to all its guests, with a diverse and high-quality wine list that consistently impresses critics and patrons.
