Éntisi Chocolatier Opens its First Store in Pune

Éntisi Chocolatier opens its first flagship store outside Mumbai, in Koregaon Park, Pune. Founded by Nikki Thakker, this outlet marks Éntisi’s seventh store and its first venture outside Mumbai. A chocolate lover's paradise, it offers an immersive, multi-sensory experience that invites you to indulge in the magic of artisanal chocolate making. 

As one walks through the doors, the 2000 sq. ft space is rich with the aroma of fine chocolate. Warm, earthy tones and modern design elements create a space that feels inviting. To the right, a gifting station awaits, offering exquisite packaging and personalised gifts, perfect for marking special occasions. To the left, Éntisi’s signature bonbons glisten like jewels in a case, each one handcrafted with care. Moving deeper into the store, are the first-ever dragee silos, where one can choose chocolate-coated nuts and fruits—tailoring your own sweet indulgence. The showstopper is the chocolate spread fountain, indulging in the delight of dipping into a smooth, velvety river of chocolate, ready to be taken home and savoured. 

For the true chocolate connoisseurs, the live chocolate tempering station offers an intimate view of the chocolate-making process. Here, Éntisi’s in-house chef works with precision and artistry, tempering chocolate in real time, making every visit an engaging and interactive experience. Adjacent to this, the glass-enclosed tempering room houses state-of-the-art machinery.

Beyond indulgence, Éntisi offers personalization at every turn. Create your own chocolate barks or rochers by selecting from a range of nuts and chocolates, or design bespoke gifts with personalised packaging—ensuring that your chocolate journey is as unique as your taste.
