This Telugu-language period romance and drama with Dulquer Salmaan, Seetharamam, is one of the recent hits o Mrunal Thakur that was released in 202. But if you are wondering where those beautiful visuals in the movie were shot, the answer is Kashmir. The movie has shown Srinagar's ultimate beauty, including Dal Lake and Jalali House, where many portions have been shot. You can also find the Thajwass Glacier in Sonmarg featured in parts of the movie!

Capturing various locations in Mussoorie, the movie Batla House, starring John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur, received huge success at the box office. The shoot took place over several days in Mussoorie, capturing locations such as Rajkamal Restaurant, City Point Restaurant, Sevaram General Merchants, Duggal-ul-Masjid, Amaniya Street, Library Market, and Mall Road to depict various scenes. The movie, based on the Batla House encounter, is an action-thriller film that was released in 2019.

Amity University, Nazarbagh Area, Lucknow - Batla House

Keeping it real with the actual locations, Batla House's song, 'Jaako Raakhe Saaiyan', was also shot on the expansive campus of Amity University in Lucknow. However, the encounter scenes of the Mrunal Thakur film were shot in the Nazarbagh area of Lucknow, where many old, dilapidated houses can be seen used in their raw state.

Ramnagar Fort, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi; Sambhar Lake Town, Rajasthan - Super 30

This biographical drama film starring Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur was shot at Ramnagar Fort in Varanasi, which was converted and shown to look like the Super 30 Institute. Additionally, some parts were also filmed at Sambhar Lake Town on the outskirts of Jaipur, which is depicted as Kota in Rajasthan.

Dongri and Nagpada, Mumbai - Toofan

To depict the relationship between a goon and a middle-class doctor against the backdrop of boxing, the filmmakers of Toofan, which stars Farhan Akhtar and Mrunal Thakur, shot at various locations in Mumbai, including the popular areas of Dongri and Nagpada—both of which are known for their connections with the underworld and gangsters. While the makers claim that the shooting was tough, it is the real locations that give the movie its authentic charm!

Hills of Coonoor, Nilgiris - Hi Nanna

The recently released Hi Nanna, an emotional drama starring Mrunal Thakur in the lead, has been shot at various locations, including Mumbai and Goa. However, what turns out to be explicitly beautiful are the hills filmed in Coonoor, which add much-needed visual elements to the scenes. You can see the town of Coonoor in its natural form in the film, which might even make you want to visit!
