Parineeti Chopra's Movie Locations that are Picturesque!

The "bubbly girl" known for her cuteness and strong personality, both on and off-screen, Parineeti Chopra has appeared in various comedies, dramas, and thrillers. What is common in almost all her movies is that they have been shot extremely beautifully in various picturesque locations in India. Today, we are talking about a few such places that make us want to visit them too!

Kargil, Ladakh - Unchai

Parineeti takes the elderly on a trek and the audience to the beautiful locations in Kargil. As she navigates the group, including Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, and others, toward Everest, many snow-clad mountains come into view. You will be amazed to know that Unchai is also the first Bollywood film to be shot at the Everest base camp! Chopra had also shared a lot of BTS from Kargil while shooting at freezing temperatures of -12 degrees.

Ambedkar Park, Lucknow - Daawat-e-Ishq

Parineeti's movie also has another first to its name as the movie Daawate-e-Ishq is the first movie to have been shot at the beautiful Ambedkar Park, also known as Mayawati Lwans in Lucknow. The love story between Aditya Roy Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra has been well shot at the different locations of Lucknow and Hyderabad, where the park is predominantly visible in romantic songs!

Jhulaghat, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand - Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar

The 2018 suspense drama, Sandeep aur Pinky Farar was a beautiful runaway story that goes through various narratives. But what makes it even more beautiful is the location used for the shoot. The movie was shot in a village in Uttarakhand named Jhulaghat. You will be surprised to know that this location was submerged underwater after building a dam over here. Other portions of the film have been shot at the beautiful Pithorgarh of the state where lush green forests and mountains are picturised. 

Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur - Shudh Desi Romance

While the entire movie was shot in Jaipur, the title track of the movie, 'Shudh Desi Romance' was shot at various locations within the historic and popular tourist destination, Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur. Along with the fort, however, the song also captures the beauty of by lanes of Jodhpur in the entire song adding to the charisma of the playful lines of the song. Sangrur, Ludhiana, and Mehsampur, Punjab - Chamkila 

The biopic of the Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila, who was assassinated at the age of 27, Chamkila is an impactful movie casting Parineeti Chopra and Diljit Dosanjh as lead cast. This movie travels through Punjab to show the then-state and has beautifully captured the villages and paddy fields spanning across Sangrur, Ludhiana, and Mehsampur. A lot of lanes and streets have been captured in the movie showcasing the localities of Punjab!
